The hall lends itself to flexible layouts and is suitable for hosting a variety of events, offering a comfortable setting that is sure to make a lasting impression. The space is equipped with tiered seating, an LED screen for presentations and a control room.
Depending on the event’s requirements, the room can be arranged in different layouts, such as rows of additional seating, and is a versatile, technologically equipped space, ideal for conventions, conferences, presentations, meetings, product launches and training sessions.

The room is fully equipped to ensure functionality, comfort and maximum organisational flexibility. Facilities include:

- Dedicated audio/video control room

- Amplified stage monitors and dedicated monitors for the control room

To organise an event in one of our venues, we kindly ask you to submit your request 2–3 weeks before the planned date of the event. In the case of last-minute requests, we will do our very best to accommodate you!
Events can be organised any day of the week, at times to be agreed upon based on requirements and availability.
The Teatro Leone is an integral part of the museum experience: it can be hired in the evening and all day on Mondays (from 9 am to midnight). In addition to this, some rooms at the Fabbrica della Felicità can be hired during or outside the museum’s opening hours. Availability varies depending on the space chosen when organising the event. We’re happy to be flexible – if you’d like to hold your event at a different time, we’ll find a solution.
