The project at a glance
The Factory of Happiness is the experiential museum dedicated to the historic Turin-based confectionery company Leone 1857, offering an immersive experience that takes visitors on a multi-sensory journey to discover the company’s traditions, artisanal values and production processes.
An experience that combines heritage, innovation and the excellence of Made in Italy, offering a direct view of the factory’s production lines, in a continuous dialogue between corporate culture and contemporary creativity.
La Fabbrica della Felicità is also an exclusive venue for private and corporate events: its spaces, with their distinctive character, host meetings, team-building activities, roadshows, workshops, press days, celebrations and much more, offering a unique setting within the corporate museum landscape.
Inside the museum, you’ll find the official Leone 1857 Store, featuring loose-weight products and limited-edition packs just waiting to be discovered, and The Café, both open to the public during the museum’s opening hours and accessible even without an admission ticket.

Il progetto
The project
Il design dell’esperienza è stato concepito attorno all’architettura della nuova fabbrica progettata dallo studio milanese Piuarch. Una narrazione ritmata che alterna i corridoi – spina dorsale della narrazione storica affacciati sulla produzione contemporanea – a stanze sensoriali di pura meraviglia che svelano i segreti del successo del marchio, custoditi dai Mastri Caramellai, Cioccolatieri, Miscelatori e Tipografi Leone.
La Fabbrica della Felicità è il risultato di un progetto corale che ha coinvolto numerosi professionisti, ma è soprattutto grazie alla visione della Proprietà e del supporto del team interno Leone se
abbiamo progettato “la Fabbrica di cioccolato e caramelle più bella del mondo”! Un contributo essenziale, capace di orientare ogni scelta per rendere il museo un’estensione autentica dei valori
dell’azienda. La curatela, la consulenza museale e lo sviluppo dei contenuti sono a cura di Luca Molinari Studio, mentre il concept creativo e l’esperienza sensoriale portano la firma di
Design Bridge. Il progetto scenografico definitivo è stato realizzato da Studio Paolo Monzeglio, la produzione grafica e video-interaction è a cura di Follia e la produzione e l’allestimento
di Eurostands.
